A leading company in the beauty industry is seeking an Email and CRM Manager to join their team in London. This role involves developing strategies for customer engagement and retention, co-managing CRM campaigns, and analyzing data to inform decision-making. The company offers a flexible work model, allowing employees to choose their office attendance.
My client is a household name in beauty, their unique business model is tech powered successfully disrupting the beauty market. They are looking for a brand-new Email and CRM Manager to join their fast-growing team. They operate an extremely flexible model of working allowing their employees to come into their London office as often as they wish.
You will both develop and drive the CRM and email strategy to support customer acquisition, retention/reactivation, improving conversion, building customer engagement, lifetime value and supporting our business KPIs. Co-managing planning, developing, and implementing CRM campaigns. You will work closely with the Brand Marketing and Growth team to ensure brand email communications are aligned with other marketing channels.
You will have experience managing a CRM team with an ability to collect and analyse data. It is preferable to come from a B2C background with knowledge of excel and Google analytics.
