We need a CRM Manager who's not just about the numbers but is passionate about storytelling and engagement. This role is pivotal in shaping our CRM vision, refining processes, and driving the strategic direction of our campaigns to enhance the collector experience.

What you'll do...

Release Campaigns & Customer Journeys

  • Plan and execute thoughtful email marketing campaigns for each release, from first tease to launch and beyond.
  • Create clear, repeatable workflows that bring structure and consistency to our approach, while leaving space for creative expression.
  • Use smart segmentation to make sure the right people see the right things at the right time.
  • Drive improvements across the CRM journey (from onboarding to post-purchase) to turn first-time buyers into lifelong collectors.
  • Define what success looks like for each campaign, track performance, and spot opportunities to do better every time.
  • Partner with brand, content and design teams to ensure every campaign looks and sounds on point.
  • Work closely with product and data teams to integrate insights, enrich our CRM tools, and build useful dashboards.
  • Sync up with sales and marketing to ensure email supports broader commercial and creative goals.
  • Run an always-on programme of testing across subject lines, content, and audience segments.
  • Use data and insights to guide decision-making, inform creative, and evolve our CRM strategy.
  • Share your findings with the wider team, closing the loop between insight and action.

Who you are...

  • A balance of creative instinct and analytical thinking, you know how to tell a story and optimise a funnel.
  • Hands-on experience running email marketing campaigns that genuinely engage, not just convert.
  • A sharp eye for data, and the ability to translate it into insight and action.
  • Good copywriting skills. You can write emails that feel human, relevant and on-brand.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar CRM/email platforms.
  • Strong organisation and project management skills; you're comfortable juggling multiple campaigns at once.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; you’re a team player who loves bringing people together to get great work done.
