About The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for you to join the CUPRA & SEAT team as the CRM Manager on a Part Time, fixed term contract basis until April 2026.

Reporting into the Customer Experience Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the brand's CRM Customer Journey for all sales channels and customer types, across the end to end lifecycle from enquiry to repurchase. Working closely with the other CRM Manager and the Data Intelligence and Loyalty Manager, our ambition for CUPRA and SEAT's CRM is to harness the exciting new technology launched last year to accelerate our plans, and deliver innovative new approaches to direct communications.

You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing appropriate CRM campaigns, utilising the best data strategy and optimising their performance, and deriving insights to take forward into future campaigns.
