About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join the CUPRA & SEAT team as the CRM Manager on a part-time, fixed-term contract until April 2026.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Strategy Manager, you will develop and manage all aspects of the brand's CRM customer journey across sales channels and customer types, from enquiry to repurchase. You will work closely with the CRM Manager and the Data Intelligence and Loyalty Manager to leverage new technology and deliver innovative communication strategies.

Your responsibilities include identifying and implementing CRM campaigns, utilizing data strategies, optimizing performance, and deriving insights for future campaigns.
