CRM Manager
Office-Based Manchester

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join a growing team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on CRM delivery to build stronger customer relationships and help drive business growth.

About the Role
In this role, you'll take ownership of planning and executing customer engagement strategies that boost loyalty and retention. Working with HubSpot, you'll manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from data segmentation through to performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a clear CRM strategy that aligns with wider business goals.
  • Oversee the management, segmentation and analysis of customer data to inform personalised campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver targeted multi-channel CRM campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Use HubSpot to automate workflows, manage lead nurturing and monitor customer journeys.
  • Create tailored content and messaging that speaks directly to customer needs.
  • Analyse campaign performance, report on key metrics and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and customer service teams to ensure a joined-up approach.
  • Test and refine campaigns using A/B testing and other performance measures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a CRM, email marketing or customer retention role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to analyse and manage customer data to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Confident in marketing automation and personalisation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be comfortable working full-time in the Manchester office.

Salary & Benefits:

  • 38,000 - 45,000 per annum, depending on experience
