We’re looking for a results-driven CRM Manager to manage our CRM contact strategy for our Consumer Audience . Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager , this role will sit in the Digital & CRM Marketing Team and see you be responsible for managing, planning, delivering and optimising our CRM Strategy for Consumers – transforming prospects into leads and leads into engaged, active customers.
With this, you’ll collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to ensure our acquisition and activation programmes align with broader business goals and deliver measurable impact. Your work will be instrumental in driving growth within the consumer audience, enhancing customer engagement and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our consumer marketing strategy.
