Requirements
  • Owning the email/push/SMS campaign roadmap and ensuring it aligns with business objectives across all units.
  • Briefing creative teams for content and asset requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Copywriting subject lines and defining AB tests for content and copy for different customer segments.
  • Building email templates, setting up control groups, and managing campaign delivery across multiple lifecycles.
  • Escalating technical or delivery issues.
  • Becoming a superuser of Salesforce CRM software.
  • Collaborating with Brand, Social Media, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to align campaign requirements.
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance in all activities.
  • Supporting KPI achievement through CRM programs.
  • Reporting on campaigns versus control groups.
  • Growing subscriber base and converting existing customers to subscribers.
  • Defining workflows and automations for campaigns.
  • Supporting data and reporting requirements in partnership with the Tech team.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in data-driven CRM/Email/SMS/Push marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce Email Studio for campaign creation, delivery, and reporting.
  • Comfortable managing customer data and collaborating with BI/Tech teams.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Experience presenting to C-Level/SLT members.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to enhance CRM value and team growth.
