Job description

Location: Brighton (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days from home)

Department: Marketing

Position type: Full time, Permanent

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative and customer-obsessed CRM Manager to join our UK Marketing team at MPB the world's largest platform for buying, selling and trading used photo and video gear.

This role reports into the UK Head of Marketing, and you’ll work closely with a collaborative Global CRM team that spans the UK, US and EU.

This is your chance to shape the voice of MPB across email, SMS and beyond, and bring our CRM strategy to life for our UK customers. If you're someone who lights up at the thought of high-performing campaigns, personalisation at scale, and using data to deepen customer relationships, you’re in the right place!

Here’s what you’ll do

As our UK CRM Manager, you’ll have a direct impact on how we engage with photographers and videographers across the UK.

You will:

  • Design, build and manage multichannel marketing campaigns — email, on-site, SMS — for our UK audience.
  • Lead the management, execution and performance reporting of all UK email marketing activity. Identify smart ways to capture and activate first-party data across touch points.
  • Own CRM marketing around events and partner activations, helping turn real-world moments into lasting digital connections.
  • Optimise and evolve our UK refer-a-friend and loyalty programmes.
  • Manage the creative sign-off process and keep a sharp eye on campaign and journey KPIs.
  • Partner with suppliers including Email Service Providers and Referral Partners to get the best out of every collaboration.
  • Analyse campaign and channel performance to drive continuous improvement. Support affiliate and media partner email activity with creative CRM thinking.
  • Collaborate with our global CRM team to share market-specific insights and best practice.

About You

You’re someone who thrives on turning strategy into results - and who genuinely loves crafting CRM journeys that feel personal and relevant.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, CRM or lifecycle marketing roles
  • A working understanding of CRM marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (ideally Bloomreach, but others welcome!)
  • Familiarity with on-site optimisation, loyalty, refer-a-friend and SMS platforms.
  • An analytical mindset - you’re comfortable with numbers and know how to extract insights from data.

Bonus points if you speak an additional language (FR, DE, ES, NL, IT, PT) and/or have an interest in photography, videography or sustainability!
