CRM Executive - Retail
North London

My client is one of the UK’s leading online retailers based in North London, seeking a new CRM Executive to join their well-established, industry-leading team. They offer a competitive salary of £30,000 plus extensive benefits, with a clear route to progression. The company values work-life balance, providing a generous holiday allowance, a games area, and a flexible work-from-home model (2 days in the office, 3 days at home).

As a CRM Executive, you will plan and execute key areas of CRM marketing to help achieve CRM targets. You will report to the CRM Manager and work within the Trade and Online Marketing department, collaborating with CRM, Design, and Trading teams. Your responsibilities include designing and creating strategies, briefing campaigns, building, proofing, A/B testing, deployment, and reporting on the database. You will utilize various analytics tools and work with the CRM Manager to plan future activities, contributing to business strategy through monthly trade plans.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a CRM role or similar. You should have knowledge of HTML, experience working with and reporting large datasets, and possess good communication and project management skills.
