Beauty Bay has an exciting opportunity for a full time CRM Executive to join us permanently at our Salford, Manchester HQ. The Beauty Bay CRM Team are responsible for marketing via email and app to our database, taking account of customer objectives and insight. Promoting key launches, offers and news that we share with our customer and working on customer groups and segments for best impact.
The CRM Assistant will help to deliver our CRM programme by supporting the planning and delivery of activity across App, Email, and other touchpoints as relevant. You’ll be a part of a fast-paced environment, tasked with driving customer engagement and retention.
