A leading provider of integrated technology solutions is seeking a CRM Executive to enhance customer journeys and experiences. This pivotal role involves collaboration across departments, data analysis for campaign performance, and implementing strategic customer engagement initiatives to drive revenue and retention.

Marketing are the driving force behind that growth, and as such we are developing and expanding the team to better acquire new customers and deliver ever better value to, and from, our existing customer base.
Purpose
The CRM Executive is a new role that’s been created to focus on building better customer journeys and experiences through the sales funnel, from building awareness of what The Barcode Warehouse is able to offer customers, to generating sales opportunities, and through to in-life communications that drive improved revenue and retention rates.
They will be working with the wider Marketing team and other internal stakeholders including Sales, Product and Innovation, and Service Operations teams to develop highly targeted campaigns that engage, convert and retain customers.
