What You’ll Do Day To Day

  • Review and create reporting to assist with Lead Management at site, divisional and group level.
  • Assist with Identifying training needs and support CRM Managers to improve agreed KPIs.
  • Assist with ensuring all our systems are updated with any changes to our data protection policy.
  • Help maintain data amendment requests within Divisional CRM Inboxes - be responsible for updating of customer details or opt out requests.
  • Work with the CRM Managers and IT, manage CRM customer database, including hygiene, auditing for accuracy and integration of new data elements.
  • Review the brand and Group 1 Customer Experience and Reputation scores sharing best practice and reporting with divisional and central teams
  • Support the CRM Managers with accurate reporting, analysis to help with the development of CRM Strategies for the Divisions/Group

  • Experience using Keyloop Drive DMS (desirable not essential)
  • Experience using Dealerweb LMS (desirable not essential)
  • Experience in database hygiene, auditing for accuracy, cleansing and integration
  • Highly organized and demonstrably detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Team-player with excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
