• Flexible person who can adapt to changing business requirements.

• Devise and maintain an email schedule to achieve online sales goals.

• Ensure accuracy and relevancy of communications in the CRM platform Emarsys.
• Identify areas for improvement in content and processes.

• Manage 3rd party relationships with external agencies.

Skills

Job Purpose

As a key member of our digital marketing team, you'll own the day-to-day operation of the email channel for The Entertainer and Early Learning Centre. Working with a range of stakeholders in the marketing, trading and online teams, and under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll use your knowledge of CRM to drive customer engagement via timely, personalised and relevant communications.

The role requires a flexible person who can understand changing business requirements and enjoys a mix of being hands on while being able to oversee the development of the channel. With a commercial mindset, they'll know what good looks like when it comes to CRM and email marketing, with the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table that will persuade more people to choose to buy from our much-loved brands.

Skills & Experience

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Potential to manage, lead, develop and coach a junior team member
• Good knowledge of CRM/email marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of analytics packages (Google/Adobe).
• Previous user of graphic design software (Illustrator/Photoshop).

• Create compelling email content for a range of audiences.
• Analyse performance and report on success and learnings to the wider online community during trading sessions.
• Ensure accuracy and relevancy of communications and maintain health of the current CRM/ platform Emarsys.
• Identify areas of improvement related to content, ways of working, data or technical development.
• Design and manage triggered email programmes.
• Manage 3rd party relationships with external agencies to drive performance and continuously improve the channels.
