A fast-growing sports nutrition brand is seeking an Email & Retention Specialist to lead customer engagement across its global D2C and B2B channels. This key role requires a data-driven and creative individual with proven success using Klaviyo and a passion for revenue growth through high-impact retention strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning and executing global email marketing & retention strategies
• Building automated flows, smart segments & impactful campaigns
• Driving loyalty, subscription, and reactivation schemes
• Analyzing performance to optimize customer LTV and retention
• Collaborating with growth, creative & marketing teams

Candidate requirements:

• 3+ years in email or retention marketing
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
• Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset
• Proven success in growing customer LTV & retention
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
