Sheffield City Council is seeking a CRM Specialist to lead advanced CRM development, configure complex forms and workflows, and drive digital service enhancements. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and oversee integrations with My Account, online forms and other systems.

The role emphasizes security, accessibility, governance and continuous improvement, working with stakeholders across the council to deliver transformation initiatives and improved customer experiences.

Competenze

Extensive experience in CRM development, configuration and administration.
Proven ability to design digital services with forms, workflows and case management.
Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, information security and data protection.
Experience delivering projects through full lifecycle with testing and deployment.
