About the Role

You will be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that thrives on solving complex business challenges. Every day brings new opportunities to design and deliver smart CRM solutions that drive real value. Your work will directly influence how we connect with customers and streamline operations.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions withinDynamics 365 CE, including entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Build integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and enterprise systems usingAzure services, APIs, and third-party tools.

• Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 CE features and best practices to continuously improve our CRM ecosystem.

About You

This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems and has a passion for clean code and smart architecture. They thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy bringing ideas to life, and are always looking for ways to improve systems and processes. With a strong technical foundation and a curiosity for emerging technologies, they’re ready to take on complex CRM challenges.

We are looking for someone with:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CEdevelopment.

• Strong skills inC#,.NET,JavaScript, andTypeScript.

• Experience withPower Platformtools like Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Familiarity withAzure services(Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).

• Understanding of CRM customization, configuration, and integration techniques.

• Experience withDevOpstools such as Azure DevOps and Git.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

It will be an advantage if you have:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CE credentials.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of industry-specific CRM solutions and best practices.
