THE ROLE

This role will join the growing CRM team, which sits as a centralised function for the business, working across a range of their brands. You will be responsible for working with other CRM team members to understand campaign plans, create CRM journeys, campaigns, and automations, and add value to campaigns through the use of Braze, working across both email and push channels.
