Our global technical client is looking for a Project Manager to oversee and manage the technical workstream of the CRM implementation from inception to completion, ensuring it is completed on time, within scope, and budget. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including development teams, clients, and senior management, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple technical workstreams/developments simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the overall programme strategy, plan, and company goals.
- Lead the technical team including Technical Architect, Technical Product Specialist, Technical Product Owner.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies aligned with the overall programme.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Act as the key expert and decision-maker on technical approach by aligning the programme's technical goals with key technical leads.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders effectively, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution with minimal impact on timelines and quality.
What we need from you
- Experience with best practices in development programmes, providing insights on common pitfalls, risks, and mitigations, ideally in Microsoft D365 implementations.
- Experience with end-to-end CRM programmes.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- Knowledge and experience in Customer Management.
- Experience working with third-party partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and share best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data migration and integration in CRM projects.
