Job summary

NFP People in Cambridge is seeking a data-driven CRM professional to manage Donorfy CRM, provide data insights and reporting for fundraising and communications. You will collaborate with Income Generation, Communications and Finance to improve decision-making and efficiency.

The role offers hybrid work with four days on-site at our Biomedical Campus, salary UK £35,000–£40,000 per annum, 37.5 hours per week and enhanced benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent education.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving ability expected.
• Experience with CRM systems and management.
• Experience using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI.
• Experience producing insights, analytics and reports for stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a busy, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CRM database (Donorfy) and maximise its value to fundraising strategy.
• Use CRM and data insights to support evidence-based decision making.
• Collaborate with teams to support Income Generation and Communications with CRM and data insights.
• Assist Finance with better reporting and more efficient solutions.
• Support data-led fundraising and marketing activities to grow supporters and value.
• Contribute to the charity's transformation across cancer and children's services.

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have relevant experience or we are educated to degree level.
• We have excellent communication skills.
• We have strong problem-solving skills.
• We have experience with CRM systems and their management.
• We have experience using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI.
• We have experience producing business insights, data analytics, and reports, and using these to make recommendations to key stakeholders.
• We have experience managing multiple projects in a busy, target-oriented environment.

• We support data-led fundraising and marketing activities to grow our supporters and their value to our charity.
• We contribute to our charitys transformation, especially across cancer and childrens services.

This is a new permanent role based in Cambridge at our Biomedical Campus, working hybrid with onsite attendance four days per week. The role offers a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, 37.5 hours per week, with part-time hours of 30 per week considered.
