Job description

Proximity Recruitment is searching for a talented, analytical CRM Data Executive to join an innovative B2C brand in Hertfordshire. The role is 4 days a week in the office, with 1 day remote.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Working with the brand and campaigns team to create engaging email campaigns, focusing on both creative and technical elements such as triggers and automation.
  2. Delivering creative briefs to external agencies.
  3. Ensuring all emails align with brand guidelines and retail calendar.
  4. Coordinating the email approval process, testing emails and discount codes, and ensuring timely sign-offs.
  5. Setting up and broadcasting email campaigns using the Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  6. Supporting tactical local email campaigns.
  7. Implementing the annual email calendar aligned with the national retail calendar.
  8. Maintaining campaign, weekly, and monthly reporting with recommendations for improvement.
  9. Supporting data-driven strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  10. Enhancing campaign efficiency through automation and AI tools, moving towards personalized campaigns where appropriate.
