We are seeking a data-driven CRM and Martech expert to take ownership of our customer data platform. As part of our dynamic Direct to Consumer marketing team, you will help drive customer growth, boost engagement, and improve marketing performance across all channels.
About the Role:
As our CRM Data and Martech Manager, you will leverage customer data to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and automation programs. You will be the go-to expert for our customer data platform (Bloomreach), responsible for platform optimization, data integration, and campaign effectiveness.
You will collaborate closely with marketing and business stakeholders, combining technical expertise with strategic thinking to build smart workflows, champion data quality, and deliver insights that inform decision-making.
Experience with Bloomreach is a plus, but we also welcome applications from candidates with experience in similar CDPs or CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe).
