Social Network CRM Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and successful CRM-focused individual to join an organization that has been thriving for over 100 years, as they embark on a digital transformation journey.

Role:
  • Creating and maintaining reports that support strategic decision-making
  • Ensuring the integrity, health, and cleansing of data
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues to maximize performance and engagement
  • Supporting the CRM Lead in implementing processes and solutions
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support the CRM roadmap
  • Working with the Apps team to ensure the CRM effectively supports business needs
Experience required to succeed:
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a CRM or data-related role
  • Good understanding of data management, trend analysis, and reporting
  • Experience in troubleshooting within a role
  • Degree in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to run training sessions across the business as needed
