Whitbread is seeking a CRM Executive to support the CRM Marketing Manager. This role is focused on owning CRM workflows and executing multi-channel campaigns. Ideal candidates will have experience in CRM systems, strong campaign analysis skills, and a background in marketing.
Directly supporting the CRM Marketing Manager, the role of the CRM Executive is to own CRM workflows and the deployment of multi-channel CRM activity across service, transactional and automation activities. To support business requirements for customer engagement and revenue. They are also required to support briefing and activity design processes.
