Job summary

Confidential in London is offering a 3-month contract for a CRM Migration Consultant to manage the move from Bloomreach to Klaviyo. This part-time role includes occasional on-site days and a £400 day rate, with a focus on shaping customer communications, data strategy and lifecycle marketing during the migration.

You will lead migrations of campaigns and journeys, collaborate with data and tech teams, assess data requirements and ensure seamless integration with other marketing tech.

This is an exciting contract opportunity to lead a large-scale CRM platform migration for a well-established e-commerce business. You'll play a key role in shaping customer communications, data strategy, and lifecycle marketing capabilities as the organisation transitions to a new CRM ecosystem.

The project involves close collaboration across CRM, data, and technology functions to deliver a seamless migration.

The Role and Deliverables

• Lead the migration of CRM campaigns, customer journeys, and automated flows from Bloomreach to Klaviyo.
• Work with client-side data and technology teams to define migration requirements and data strategy.
• Assess customer data requirements and advise on historical data migration approaches.
• Support the integration of CRM platforms with wider technology systems and third-party tools.
• Migrate and optimise multiple customer lifecycle and retention journeys.
• Provide subject matter expertise across CRM platforms to ensure a successful transition.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with both Bloomreach and Klaviyo.
• Proven capability delivering CRM platform migration projects in e-commerce environments.
• Expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and journey orchestration.
• Experience working with customer data, integrations, and marketing technology ecosystems.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Agency-side experience or experience supporting multiple CRM clients is highly desirable.
• Experience with Customer.io would be a significant advantage.
