Core Responsibilities
As a CRM Communication Specialist, you will be instrumental in implementing and optimising our CRM plans to enhance member engagement, loyalty and lifetime value. You will collaborate with colleagues across CRM Propositions and the LEGO CRM Hub to execute campaigns, manage customer data, and analyse the effectiveness of our CRM initiatives.

Please note:This role is a 12-month parental cover role based in our London HUB, and we offer a hybrid working model, which includes 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Core responsibilities

    Support the planning and execution of targeted CRM campaigns to maximise commercial value.
    Manage all elements of the CRM campaign process – including creative, data, briefing, build, production, QA and performance management.
    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM campaigns with other membership and marketing initiatives.
    Help develop segmentation strategies to personalise communications and experiences.
    Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns and strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
    Conduct A/B testing and post-campaign analysis to optimise and refine CRM activities.
    Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and best practices.
    Assist in the development of CRM reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
    Ensure excellence with thorough and robust QA.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in CRM, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a retail environment.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems, database marketing, and customer segmentation. Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with marketing tools.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.

  • Effective communicator with a team-player attitude.

  • Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
