A leading toy company in London is hiring a CRM Communication Specialist for a 12-month parental cover role. In this position, you will manage CRM campaigns, enhance member engagement, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Job Description
Please note:This role is a 12-month parental cover role based in our London HUB, and we offer a hybrid working model, which includes 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Core responsibilities
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience in CRM, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a retail environment.
Knowledge of CRM systems, database marketing, and customer segmentation. Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with marketing tools.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Effective communicator with a team-player attitude.
Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
