  • Accountable for ensuring that each CRM campaign is fully compliant with FCA, GDPR, regulatory, and organisational standards, with robust safeguards for customer data.
Qualifications
  • High level of proficiency in CRM principles, strategies, tools and technologies, and their application in crafting exceptional campaign experiences.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic campaign plans that align with business goals and customer needs, with a focus on creativity and innovation across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyse data and customer insights to assess campaign effectiveness and drive future campaign development
