A leading cruise company in the United Kingdom is seeking a CRM Campaign Planner to manage campaign planning and execution focused on enhancing guest engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong CRM skills, experience in crafting personalized marketing strategies, and a proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. This position offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working options.
In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking CRM Campaign Planner to bring fresh insights and expertise to our P&O Cruises Sales & Marketing Function.
This role is responsible for the planning and execution of key campaign communications which help tactically fill our ships as well as deliver longer term strategic holiday sales.
This role would suit a competent CRM Marketer who has strong technical knowledge of CRM models, data and systems. The role holder will be required to operate effectively and efficiently on their own, leading projects, working with senior stakeholders and making decisions on how their work influences guest behaviour.
The role holder will be proficient at understanding the correlation between engagement and conversion and will draw on their CRM knowledge to ensure campaign comms drive volume of traffic to sales channels. A solid understanding of the practises of CRM personalisation will be required.

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK09 and is offered on a 12 months fixed-term contract basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, including up to two days from home.
