We are looking for a marketing guru with a CRM background to join us as a CRM Campaign Executive. Ideally, you will have experience with Adobe Campaign. This role is hybrid with 3 days at the office and 2 remote if desired.

What does the company do?

This great company is full of talented, dedicated, and creative people. We are an ambitious and ever-growing organisation with a passion for storytelling, capturing moments, meaning, and magic to make sense of the world.

Our newspapers and online media reach more than 30 million people each week and include The Sun, The Times, and The Sunday Times.

The Team:

This role sits within the newspaper Marketing team, part of the wider Customer Revenue Team. While physical newspapers are still a key part of our business, driving digital subscriptions and audiences is crucial for future success. The customer is at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to creating long-term loyal customers through engagement, improved customer experience, and enhanced products that meet evolving needs.

Your role:

Reporting to the Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for delivering small to medium-sized CRM campaigns. You should have a passion for data, a can-do attitude, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize your workload in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day you will:

  1. Build basic BAU, single touchpoint, and ad hoc campaigns.
  2. Build and proof CRM creative deliveries and templates across all channels.
  3. Use and manage self-serve drag-and-drop workflow capabilities to deploy campaign communications.
  4. Provide campaign waterfall counts.
  5. Prepare campaign execution documentation for delivered campaigns.
  6. Support the Senior Campaign Manager in delivering larger campaigns.

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Experience with CRM marketing platforms.
  • Comfortable with SQL databases such as Google BigQuery, Oracle, or Amazon Redshift.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills.

We offer a flexible working arrangement where employees are expected to be in the office at least three days per week. The remaining two days can be remote if desired.

Benefits include:

  • Maternity leave up to 18 weeks full basic salary & paternity leave up to 2 weeks.
  • Training opportunities, including full LinkedIn Learning access.
  • Private medical insurance, including coverage for pre-existing conditions.
  • Discounted gym memberships, free ClassPass at Home, weekly virtual yoga classes.
  • ‘Bikes for Work’ and ‘Electric Car’ schemes.
  • Up to 60% discount on Harper Collins books.
  • Access to exclusive events and competitions with brands like talkSPORT, Virgin Radio UK, and The Times. Weekly virtual panels with journalists and celebrities.
  • Wellbeing benefits such as EAP, physiotherapy/massage, and counseling.
  • A generous pension scheme with up to 5% employer contributions.
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and up to 4 volunteering days per year.
