Today, we are active in all areas of aesthetic dentistry, ranging from tooth preservation, regeneration, restoration, orthodontics with transparent aligner trays to tooth loss.

As part of our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH), we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who is passionate about turning data into insight, data architecture, and process optimisation.

This role offers a unique combination of responsibilities across CRM, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence. You’ll also be hands-on with Salesforce, supporting both users and platform development. If you're data-minded, driven, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to develop within a forward-thinking team supporting multiple geographies and business units.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Management & Commercial Analytics
  2. Support the day-to-day operation, development and optimisation of our CRM systems including Salesforce and Pitcher platforms.
  3. Participate with our Global/Regional teams in testing new features and platform improvements.
  4. Provide support to end users and contribute to capability-building initiatives and user training.
  5. Analyse and share data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  6. Identify behavioral trends to support go-to-market strategies.
  7. Data Quality & Integrity
  8. Ensure CRM data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
  9. Run data quality checks, support data cleansing, and monitor data health.
  10. Collaborate with users on data governance best practices.
  11. Business Intelligence & Reporting
  12. Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics (CRMA).
  13. Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
  14. AI & Digital Tools
  15. Leverage AI solutions for predictive analytics, automated insights, and anomaly detection.
  16. Explore automation opportunities for reports and processes.
  17. Stay updated on emerging tools and help integrate them into our ecosystem.
  18. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
  19. Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  20. Support the development of market insight reports and dashboards.
  21. Assist in strategic reviews and commercial planning using internal and external data.
Who You Are

  3. Passionate about data, business intelligence, and digital transformation.
  4. Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or related field.
  5. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.
Preferred
  1. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, SAP CRM, Power BI, Alteryx or similar tools.
  2. Previous role in data analysis, sales operations, or related fields.
  3. Experience with AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
