As a pioneer in dental implantology, we have expanded our product portfolio to include various areas of aesthetic dentistry, from tooth preservation to orthodontics with transparent aligners.

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH). This role involves transforming data into insights, managing data architecture, and optimizing processes. You will work across CRM, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence, with hands-on involvement in Salesforce support and platform development. This is an excellent opportunity for data-minded, driven individuals eager to learn and grow within a forward-thinking team supporting multiple geographies and business units.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Management & Commercial Analytics
    • Support daily operations, development, and optimization of CRM systems including Salesforce and Pitcher.
    • Participate with global/regional teams in testing new features and platform improvements.
    • Provide support to end users and contribute to training initiatives.
    • Analyze data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Identify behavioral trends to support go-to-market strategies.
  2. Data Quality & Integrity
    • Maintain accurate, consistent, and complete CRM data across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
    • Conduct data quality checks, provide monitoring tools, and support data cleansing.
    • Collaborate on data ownership and governance best practices.
  3. Business Intelligence & Reporting
    • Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics.
    • Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
  4. AI & Digital Tools
    • Leverage AI solutions to enhance performance tracking and decision-making.
    • Explore automation opportunities for routine reports and processes.
    • Stay informed on emerging tools and integrate them into our BI/CRM ecosystem.
  5. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
    • Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
    • Support the development of market insights and dashboards.
    • Assist in strategic reviews and commercial planning using internal and external data.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP CRM), Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
  • Previous data/analyst/sales operations experience.
  • Exposure to AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
