As part of our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH), we seek a Business Intelligence Analyst passionate about transforming data into insights, data architecture, and process optimization. This role involves responsibilities across CRM, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence, with hands-on work in Salesforce supporting users and platform development. If you're data-minded, driven, and eager to learn, this is an excellent opportunity within a forward-thinking team supporting multiple geographies and business units.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Management & Commercial Analytics
  2. Support daily CRM operations, development, and optimization, including Salesforce and Pitcher platforms.
  3. Participate in testing new features and platform improvements with global/regional teams.
  4. Provide end-user support and contribute to training initiatives.
  5. Analyze data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  6. Identify behavioral trends to support go-to-market strategies.
  1. Data Quality & Integrity
  2. Ensure accuracy and consistency of CRM data across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
  3. Conduct data quality checks and support data cleansing initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with users on data ownership and governance.
  1. Business Intelligence & Reporting
  2. Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics (CRMA).
  3. Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
  1. AI & Digital Tools
  2. Leverage AI solutions to enhance performance and decision-making.
  3. Automate routine reports and explore new tools for integration.
  4. Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into BI/CRM systems.
  1. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
  2. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  3. Develop market insight reports and dashboards.
  4. Support strategic reviews and commercial planning using internal and external data.
Who You Are
  • Driven, analytical, curious about data, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communicator capable of explaining data insights.
  • Passionate about data, BI, and digital transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or related field.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP CRM), Power BI, Alteryx, or similar.
  • Previous roles in data analysis or sales operations.
  • Experience with AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
