We are delighted to be partnering with this leading ecommerce business in their search for a CRM Automation Manager.

Or client is committed to making high quality products and delivering a best in class customer experience, using cutting edge technology and empowering a stand-out team to do so.

To help with their continued growth they are searching for an Automation Manager to be the technical expert for the CRM team, optimising the use of the campaign platform, introducing new capabilities, building dynamic components and complex journey flows.

  • Manage day to day operations of the CRM platform

  • Own the CRM roadmap, working with stakeholders to define backlog and aligning on priorities and delivery dates

  • Integrate new data to support delivery of new capabilities, channels, journeys and campaigns

  • Build dynamic components to support personalisation in journeys and campaigns

  • Work with the CRM team to build and optimise complex journey flows

  • Create segments for targeting, using behavioural, lifecycle, and transactional data

The person

  • Strong technical skills, experience of integrating data, building dynamic data-driven components

  • Strong data and analytical skills

  • Very organised with attention to detail, and an innovative problem solving
