Job summary

Boots UK in Nottingham is seeking a CRM Assistant to join our Marketing team and help deliver care, confidence, and connection to customers across the UK and Ireland.

You will develop an app communications plan, support the annual value programme, assist with seasonal campaigns and work with trading and marketing colleagues to ensure the latest Boots products and services are clearly communicated in our app channels.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a relevant and exciting app communications plan

• Work closely with trading and marketing colleagues to ensure the latest Boots products and services are communicated in our app channels
• Responsible for managing the process, from customer understanding and insight through to measuring results and reporting back to the business

• A proactive individual with a passion for marketing and customer engagement; a natural ability to understand the customer and how to communicate effectively, keeping them at the heart of all campaigns
• Commercially and financially aware, with a performance driven attitude to further push the development of channels
• Strong organisational and process skills, with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
