Job DescriptionBosch Home Comfort is embarking on an exciting digital change project, implementing cutting edge technologies to keep us at the forefront of our market. We are looking for highly motivated and professional IT advanced apprentices to help provide support globally to our customers across the vast CRM landscape.
You will need to have a good IT background, ideally with a relatable degree. It’s essential that you enjoy problem solving and working with multi skilled teams. Providing the highest levels of support to our internal customers is a fundamental part of the job, this includes delivering solutions in line with our service level agreements, providing continuous communication and sharing best practice.

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon – Thurs 08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
