About the Role:
The CRM Application Engineer will be the technical owner of our Salesforce platform, responsible for shaping and evolving the CRM architecture to meet business objectives of deriving value from data and from knowing our customers. You will lead design decisions across data models, integrations, custom workflows, functionalities, and user interfaces. In this technical role, you will be responsible for the relevance, performance, and reliability of the Salesforce CRM ecosystem, including managing key interfaces with secondary CRM systems and internal tools. You will work closely with web developers, BI developers and system integration specialists to deliver Single View of the Customer and Customer 360, as well as contribute to enterprise architecture decisions to ensure data alignment, security and transparency between systems.
