Role Purpose

If so, our Application Support Team has an exciting opportunity for you to lead in ensuring our existing D CRM and Power Platform Apps are stable and capable of delivering small changes to support business growth and adaptation.

The support lead will manage a team of support staff handling bugs, small changes, and applying your technical skills. You will also act as a consultant to development and architecture teams for strategic changes, work with business partners to automate inefficient processes, and ensure governance and proactive monitoring of platforms.

This role offers an opportunity to enhance your technical skills with technologies like Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, among others, further developing your professional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Oversee daily support team operations, ensure tickets meet SLA, handle escalations, and prioritize work.
  • Platform Maintenance: Keep platforms updated, tested, secure, and optimized.
  • Development: Define requirements, implement best practices, and configure workflows for efficiency.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Manage cyber security incidents, minimize disruptions.
  • Monitoring: Detect issues proactively.
  • Change Management: Manage risks associated with updates and modifications.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Service Catalogue & Asset Management: Maintain documentation and inventory.
  • Audit: Regular audits of processes, permissions, system performance.
  • Integrations: Configure integrations with other tools using APIs/Webhooks.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create documentation, reports, and develop knowledge bases.
  • User Support and Training: Provide training and foster self-service.
