We might have just the opportunity for you! We're looking for a dedicated CRM and Communication Assistant to join a friendly team based in South East London (SE18), 4 days a week in the office, paying £28k.

ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a not-for-profit, charitable social enterprise supporting and reinvesting into the local community. They are a leading provider of public sport and leisure facilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • As CRM and Communication Assistant, your main focus will be to craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for service updates and marketing communications.
  • Support the CRM and Communications team with key administrative tasks, helping them stay organised and streamline processes.
  • Work alongside the CRM and Communication Specialist and the Head of CRM and Communication, and contribute to the smooth running of a variety of projects and tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from teams right across the business.

ABOUT YOU

  • To be successful in this CRM and Communication Assistant role, you will need to be a skilled copywriter (particularly long-form) with an eye for detail and a passion for grammar.
  • Be super organised, love managing tasks and be comfortable working to tight deadlines.
  • Be a proactive self-starter and quick learner who isn’t afraid to take initiative and manage your own workload.
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humour (our clients take their work seriously but love a laugh!).
  • Have achieved a minimum of grade A/7 in GCSE English.
  • Bonus points if you're a recent English or Journalism grad!
  • You MUST have the right to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available.
