As a CRM Analytics Manager, you'll lead a team of expert analysts to shape and deliver data-driven CRM strategies that support our next-generation pet care services. You'll work cross-functionally to turn data into actionable insights, optimise campaign performance and champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a purpose-led business, while developing your leadership and analytical expertise. This role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.
