Job Title: CRM Analytics Consultant (Salesforce Data Cloud)

Mason Frank is working with one of the most forward-thinking Salesforce Partners in the ecosystem, and they’re looking to hire a CRM Analytics Consultant with strong Salesforce Data Cloud experience.

The Role:

1. Designing and delivering end-to-end CRM Analytics solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
2. Ingesting and harmonising data from multiple sources to build scalable CDP models.
3. Creating insightful, interactive dashboards and data visualisations that support business decisions.
4. Advising clients on segmentation, identity resolution, and real-time personalisation.
5. Partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project success.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics.
2. Strong grasp of data modelling, segmentation, and dashboard development.
3. Comfortable advising on data strategy, governance, and analytics best practices.
4. Prior consulting experience is a plus, especially within Salesforce projects.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
