Job Title: CRM Analytics Consultant (Salesforce Data Cloud)

Mason Frank are working with one of the most forward-thinking Salesforce Partners in the ecosystem, and they’re looking to hire a CRM Analytics Consultant with strong Salesforce Data Cloud experience.

The Role:

• Designing and delivering end-to-end CRM Analytics solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
• Ingesting and harmonising data from multiple sources to build scalable CDP models.
• Creating insightful, interactive dashboards and data visualisations that support business decisions.
• Advising clients on segmentation, identity resolution, and real-time personalisation.
• Partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics.
• Strong grasp of data modelling, segmentation, and dashboard development.
• Comfortable advising on data strategy, governance, and analytics best practices.
• Prior consulting experience is a plus, especially within Salesforce projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
