  3. Conduct competency assessments for UUK and supply chain resources.
  4. Update and revise the UUK Safety Case Framework to ensure current compliance.
  5. Create ad-hoc assessments for Change Modification Proposals (CMPs) and provide guidance to the Site Safety Case Manager.
  6. Develop criticality training modules for the wider business.

Team management: Experience in managing a small team is preferred but not essential.

What do you need to thrive in this role?

  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Calmness and professionalism during emergencies.

What can you expect from us?

Additional benefits include a bonus scheme, pension scheme, private medical and dental cover, and educational support. We strive to create an open and inclusive workplace where every voice is heard.
