Join a forward-thinking engineering team. Our client seeks a dedicated Shift Engineer to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, ensuring 100% system uptime. Responsibilities include managing plant systems, coordinating maintenance, and supporting safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot equipment, log incidents, and resolve issues.
  • Manage critical building systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire detection, water systems.
  • Perform authorized low/high voltage switching operations.
  • Utilize BMS, PMS, CMS systems.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance and coordinate subcontractors.
  • Follow operational procedures and track progress via service desk systems.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Experience in data centres or high-pressure environments.
