About HealthHero

We are an EAP offering a range of psychological solutions to clients including Banks, Railways, and Insurance companies. We work with a network of experienced clinicians across the UK, providing bespoke services to corporate customers. CISM training is required for this role.

Requirements
  • Face-to-face Counselling experience
  • BACP/UKCP/NCS (or equivalent) registered Counsellor
  • CISM trained
  • Experience providing onsite and/or remote support for companies and/or EAPs
  • Recognised Diploma qualification in Counselling (Level 4 minimum)
  • At least 450 hours of post-qualification, supervised client work
  • Experience managing your own caseload in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Systems and electronic clinical record systems
  • Valuable experience working with diverse corporate clients
  • Ability to participate in regular debriefs after onsite and remote support sessions
