A healthcare trust in the UK is seeking a Critical Care Rehabilitation Nurse Specialist for the Kent and Canterbury Hospital. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Critical Care Rehabilitation Practitioner based at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital. The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the Critical Care rehabilitation team, involving setting up and leading outpatient clinics with a dedicated critical care MDT.
The post holder will work at an enhanced level of practice, utilising highly developed post-graduate experience, knowledge, and skills in Critical Care specialty. They will manage discrete aspects of a patient’s care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, within their current level of practice and patient group.
The successful candidate will have significant postgraduate healthcare experience, demonstrating professional development across the four pillars of practice. They will also have significant experience of care in critical care, experience of working with patients/service users to resolve concerns and improve their experience, and evidence of effective networking.
