Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Band 5 Nurse for its Critical Care Unit. The role spans across BNHH Basingstoke and RHCH Winchester, with cross-site working and mandatory Critical Care Foundation Program attendance.

The successful candidate will be registered with the NMC, have degree-level qualifications or equivalent, and possess strong communication and patient-safety oriented skills. A supportive team environment and ongoing training are provided.

Formación

• Current NMC Registration is required.
• Degree level education or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Desirable: Recognised Critical Care Course.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality, effective and compassionate individualised health care to all critically ill patients and their families.
• Work as part of a team, supporting and developing colleagues whilst contributing to the efficient and effective operation of the department.
• Be cross-site mobile across BNHH and RHCH with transport provided and be prepared to work some bank holidays, weekends and night duties.
