The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a Health Care Assistant to support the nursing team in Critical Care and general patient care. The role involves routine health tasks, personal care, recording patient information and providing clinical support to ensure efficient service delivery.

The post is based in a large NHS trust serving Greater Manchester, with permanent contracts and options for full-time, part-time or flexible working patterns.

Qualifikationen

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic IT literacy and comfortable using standard software.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain communication with patients, relatives and carers and the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
• Develop own skills and knowledge and share information to aid others' development.
• Monitor health, safety and security of self and others in the work area.
• Assist in maintaining and developing services.
• Support in planning and evaluating health and wellbeing programmes.
• Assist with use of technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment.
