A prominent healthcare organization in Salisbury is seeking a Critical Care Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to provide compassionate care under the supervision of registered nurses. Responsibilities include conducting patient observations, assisting with mobility and hygiene, and ensuring a safe environment. As a Critical Care Healthcare Assistant you will work under direct or indirect supervision of a registered nurse at all times. The care you give to patients will be compassionate, caring and high quality. You will recognise your abilities and limitations of your competence and only carry out those tasks for which you are trained. As a member of the ward team you will support the other staff, act in the best interest of patients and treat everyone with respect. As a Critical Care Healthcare Assistant you will honour your work commitments, be reliable, trustworthy and uphold the Trust Values and the Skills for Health Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
