The Isle of Man Public Service is seeking a Community Mental Health Professional to join the Crisis Response Home Treatment Team. You will perform urgent mental health assessments, provide support and intervention across community, hospital and custodial settings, and help people access the most appropriate treatment pathway.

Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will assess risk, identify needs and coordinate care to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, offering person-centred support

Responsabilités

• Perform urgent mental health assessments in crisis situations across community, hospital and custodial settings.
• Provide short- to medium-term support and intervention to individuals in crisis, with the goal of stabilising mental health and reducing escalation.
• Identify risk and needs, and help individuals access the most appropriate treatment pathway.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies to deliver responsive, person-centred care.
