Job summary

The successful candidate will provide in-reach and support to service users at the new Crisis House. Qualifications

• Must have completed preceptorship and can evidence this.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to manage and progress referrals.

Responsibilities

• Support effective inter-team communication.
• Manage referrals and admissions for CRHTT.
• Conduct urgent assessments of individuals in crisis.
• Allocate tasks or staff based on workload requirements.
• Ensure effective use of medication management.
