Key Details

Location: Site Trust wide, Postcode OL6 7SR, Manchester

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours/week, options for full-time, part-time, or flexible working

Salary: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum pro-rata (NHS Band 6)

Role Overview

We are seeking registered professionals (Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy) passionate about working with children and young people. The role involves working within our CAMHS Crisis Team to deliver innovative, pathway-crossing care aimed at improving outcomes and experiences for young people and their families.

Service Context

This role is part of Pennine Care's transformation initiatives, including the development of an Acute Care Pathway that emphasizes community response, crisis management, and safe discharge planning to minimize hospital admissions and readmissions.
