We provide high-quality mental health and learning disability services, both inpatient and community-based, across five boroughs of Greater Manchester: Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport, Tameside, and Glossop.

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours/week, options for full-time, part-time, or flexible working
Salary: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum pro-rata (NHS Band 6)
We are seeking registered professionals (Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy) passionate about working with children and young people. The role involves working within our CAMHS Crisis Team to deliver innovative, pathway-crossing care aimed at improving outcomes and experiences for young people and their families.
This role is part of Pennine Care's transformation initiatives, including the development of an Acute Care Pathway that emphasizes community response, crisis management, and safe discharge planning to minimize hospital admissions and readmissions.
